Shavon Dixon

Position: Program Manager – Clinical Resources

Shavon Dixon joined the Cumberland Pediatric Foundation as Program Manager in September 2025. In her role, Shavon’s primary focus is providing education and resources to rural health clinics.  As a licensed practical nurse, she provided care in a pediatric primary care rural health clinic for 12 years. She has also served in the role of VFC Primary Coordinator for two clinics. Shavon has knowledge of RHC guidelines and compliance, immunization schedules and best practices, and general primary care nursing strategies.  These experiences lead to Shavon also serving in the role of her former clinic’s LPN Lead position. Shavon is dedicated to CPF’s mission of promoting the health care of children by improving quality, increasing efficiency, and lowering costs.

Outside of work, Shavon likes to spend time with her husband, 3 sons & dog.  She is a sports mom and on any given day can be found on a football or baseball field. Shavon is also a singer and lover of all arts and crafts, including crochet, jewelry making & acrylic canvas paintings.
