Monthly, CPF provides education applicable to all levels of pediatric healthcare providers. The topics for CMEs and courses are carefully selected by the CPF education committee. If there are topics that you would like to see, please reach out to our education program manager, Preston Spencer .

Continuing Medical Education Programs:

We are hosting a series of Continuing Medical Education Dinner Programs on various topics related to pediatrics. These CME credit hours are provided free to members. Previous CME topics and discussions have included Pediatric Oncology, Management of Pediatric Neuropathic Pain, Concussions in Youth Sports, Dermatology, Adolescent Reproductive Health and many others. Online Learning Center

We also have many courses, and even CMEs, available in our Online Learning Center. If you are not in the reach of our educational live events, we want to be sure you get access to the same great opportunities.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS): 

The PALS Course is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. These include personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics and others who need a PALS course completion card for job or other requirements.

PEARS Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization:

For healthcare providers who infrequently see critically ill children and any healthcare provider who might encounter pediatric patients. This course is not intended for those credentialed for advanced pediatric skills that routinely provide pediatric care.
