Kara Pinder, MSW

Position: Program Manager – Social Work

Kara Pinder, MSW, joined Cumberland Pediatric Foundation in November 2025 as the Associate Program Manager of Education. A recent transplant to Tennessee, she brings experience in community engagement, policy analysis, and resource coordination. Kara joined CPF to support statewide efforts that strengthen pediatric health access and provider education.

She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Kentucky and has a certification in trauma-informed care. In her spare time, Kara enjoys exploring Nashville, trying new coffee shops, spending time with her puppy and browsing bookstores.
