
Jennifer Burnette
Position: Director – East Tennessee
Jennifer joined the Cumberland Pediatric Foundation in June 2024 as the East Tennessee Regional Director. Her relationship with CPF began prior to her hiring, as she was involved with the organization and participated in the Chattanooga CMAC beginning in 2021. Jennifer's primary role as the East Tennessee Regional Director includes expanding CPF's presence and membership in the East Tennessee region. She is responsible for planning networking and education opportunities, as well as assisting clinics who are participating in grant projects through the foundation. Currently, she is working closely with clinics enrolled in the Healthcare Resilience Program grant to support local practices in increasing access to services in rural communities. Originally from Cleveland, TN, Jennifer attended Cleveland Community College. Before joining the CPF team, she gained over 25 years of experience in private and hospital- owned physician practices as an administrator, as well as 10 years as a healthcare consultant and is a certified medical assistant. Jennifer also serves as Co-Chair of the Tennessee Rural Health Clinic Advisory Committee and is a member of her community's Zoning and Planning Commission. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, decorating, and shopping.
