Janine Winnard
Position: Direct Marketing and Brand Manager
Janine Winnard joined the Cumberland Pediatric Foundation as Direct Marketing and Brand Manager in September 2025. In her role, Janine guides Marketing and Communications for the foundation. With years of experience helping brands tell their stories, Janine brings a unique blend of strategy and creativity to projects for CPF. Her career path spans both corporate and agency roles and most recently joined us from Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she worked in the Marketing & Engagement Department as a Marketing Development Manager. Prior to that, she worked in the Strategic Marketing area for LifePoint Health, with a focus on marketing and communications plans for rural community hospitals across the country. Her experience working for several advertising agencies and creative services departments helps give a well-rounded view of how strategy and creativity come together to make an impact on the work that CPF does to support our member practices.
Outside of work, Janine likes to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys traveling domestically and across the globe. She enjoys photography, watercolor painting, team trivia nights, reading and attending the many musical events in the area.
Janine is especially proud to support the mission of Cumberland Pediatric Foundation, promoting the health and well-being of children and families across the region.
