Caroline Tuck

Position: Program Manager – Education and Finance

Caroline joined the Cumberland Pediatric Foundation in September 2024 as a consultant to aid in research and quality improvement for the community. She is now a Program Manager, assisting with day-to-day finances, education and grant reporting. Prior to joining the CPF team Caroline spent almost 20 years at Tullahoma Pediatrics serving in several roles, the last being Practice Administrator and Clinical Trial Coordinator.  Caroline was Practice Administrator for 12 years as well as Clinical Research Coordinator for 12 years.  During that time the practice went from 4 providers and 1 location to 10 providers and 3 locations.  She has assisted in Clinical Trials from Phase I through Phase IV working with several pharmaceutical companies including Sanofi, GSK, Pfizer, Merck and Novo Nordisk. Besides Practice Management and Research, Caroline has a passion for medical billing and coding having served in that role for a total of 30 years.   Caroline is a AAPC Certified Biller and Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional. During the years she has developed a passion for serving and helping children and their families to provide access to quality medical care and resources. Caroline was not a stranger to CPF while working with Tullahoma Pediatrics, as she participated in CPF grants and research projects in her practice.
