Allie Haynes

Position: Assistant Director of Research and Education

Allie Haynes joined the Cumberland Pediatric Foundation in August 2025 as the assistant director of research and education. She is a dedicated nonprofit leader and rural health advocate with experience in membership engagement, program direction, and grant management. She has spent the last several years working across Tennessee to support clinics, community organizations, rural health partners, and state agencies receive the support to resources and education. Her leadership includes managing statewide referral networks, guiding program development, coordinating major events, and representing her organization at local, state, and national levels. She has also led statewide initiatives to strengthen healthcare access, grow community partnerships, and support providers serving rural and underserved populations. Her background also includes child welfare case management, youth development, and hands-on community work. Allie holds a Master of Public Service Management from Cumberland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Driven, mission-focused, and passionate about improving lives through meaningful systems change, Allie continues to champion initiatives that strengthen health access and support the well-being of communities across Tennessee. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and traveling with her husband.
