2026 Theme: Tuning Into Tomorrow’s Pediatric Practice

Join CPF for an enhanced two-day educational experience designed to support both pediatric leaders and providers.

Day 1 features our classic Pediatric Administration Meeting (PAM) from 8:00 am-4:00 pm at the Omni Nashville Hotel, followed by physician cocktail reception from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm. The Annual Dinner begins at 7:00 pm. The dinner portion of the event is plus one (+1) welcome. Please note: guests may attend the dinner only, and it is not included in PAM or any Day 2 programming. Practice Managers registered for Day 2 are also welcome to attend the Annual Dinner, or if they are the +1 for their provider attending the dinner.

Day 2 includes the Inaugural Provider Education Conference and Practice Workshops. A nominal fee applies for Day 2 events (see details below), and all ticket costs will be invoiced.

Pediatric Administration Meeting (PAM)

Theme: Tuning Into Tomorrow’s Pediatric Practice

Spend the day with fellow practice administrators focusing on the issues that matter most to today’s pediatric and family practices. Sessions are designed to be practical, relevant, and immediately applicable.

PAM Topics Include:

  • Keynote: Super-Powered Conversations, with Joe Mull
  • Effective Delegation and Workforce Strategies
  • Quality Metrics for Successful Population Health
  • Amplifying Your Clinic’s Voice: Marketing and Communication
  • General Vaccine Updates and Resources
  • Mental & Trauma-Informed Care
  • Healthcare Compliance

This meeting is free of charge and ideal for both new and experienced administrators looking to learn, recharge, and gain fresh perspective.

 

Annual Dinner & Keynote

We encourage physicians to join us for an evening of celebration and connection at the CPF Annual Dinner. The physician’s cocktail hour will be from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm, followed by dinner beginning at 7:00 pm. This portion of the event welcomes +1 guests.

What to expect:

  • Networking with providers from across Tennessee
  • A keynote address from Todd Wolynn, MD, MMM, FAAP
  • Recognition of outstanding practice achievements
  • Great food, great company, and meaningful conversation

Please note: Administrators and Managers attending both PAM and Saturday workshops are also welcome to attend the Annual Dinner. Otherwise, they will need to be the +1 for their physician.

 

 

Day 2: Inaugural Provider Education Conference and Practice Administrator Workshops

Saturday, February 28. 8:30 am- 3:00 pm

Location: Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt

Day 2 offers two concurrent educational tracks – one for providers and one for practice administrators.

 

Inaugural Provider Education Conference

CPF is excited to host its inaugural Provider Education Conference, a full-day CME experience for pediatric and family practice providers.

Conference highlights:

  • Up to 6 hours of CME credit
  • Timely, practical updates on common pediatric conditions from Vanderbilt’s finest physicians and experts, including Dr. Buddy Creech, Dr. Allison Norton, Dr. John Thomas, and many others.
  • Interactive discussion and Q&A
  • Opportunities to connect with colleagues from across Tennessee

This conference is open to all providers and is designed to deliver clinically relevant education in a collaborative environment.

Registration fees:

  • $50 for CPF providers
  • $100 for non-members

Attendees will be invoiced after registration.

 

Practice Administrator Workshops

These hands-on workshops are tailored specifically for practice leaders and focus on advanced skills and tools.

Workshop topics include:

  • Excel for practice management
  • Value-based care
  • Advanced financial analytics

Registration fee for the workshops: $25

Attendees will be invoiced after registration.

  • Day 2 – Provider Education Conference (including CMEs): $50.00** (To be invoiced after registration)

  • Day 2 – Administrator/Manager Workshops: $25.00 (To be invoiced after registration)
