The most wonderful time of year is almost here, and we can’t wait to kick off the holiday season with you! We look forward to hosting Mix, Mingle, & Jingle with Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt on Friday, December 4, 2026 at Pinewood. Join us for a festive evening of delicious food, great opportunities for networking, all while cheering on your bowling team and soaking in the holiday cheer.
Listening to your feedback from the last couple of years, we have moved gathering survey responses during this event to the point of registration. As a result, your registration experience this year is a combination of registration fields and a short survey that informs one of our grants funded by the TN Dept. of Health (about 6 minutes). Once completed, your tickets will be delivered via email within 3-5 business days.
This survey provides strategic data for CPF’s ongoing work around mental and behavioral health access, with questions focused on your unique perspective on gaps in care. Responses will be used to inform educational programming changes, improvements in support resources for rural clinics, or process improvement work between primary and specialty care.
Full completion of the survey is necessary to submit your event registration.
