Pediatric Associates of Franklin is a privately owned, well-established pediatric practice located in Franklin, TN, proudly serving children and families in our community for more than 40 years. We partner with Privia Health, so our physicians can enjoy the autonomy and close-knit culture of private practice while benefiting from strong operational and administrative support.

Our practice delivers full-spectrum pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents through age 21. We handle everything from preventive visits and immunizations to acute illness, ongoing medical conditions, and virtual appointments, with walk‑in availability for established patients. Our focus goes beyond treating symptoms—we’re committed to long-term health, healthy development, and continuity of care. We work closely with families and take pride in being an active, engaged part of the community we serve.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a full‑time, board‑certified pediatrician who values evidence‑based care and brings strong communication skills, reliability, and genuine compassion to every patient interaction.

Practice Highlights

Full-time position with a 4-day work week
No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities
Call responsibilities include:
- Support for our After-hours phone triage center on weeknights and weekends (rotated)
- Saturday morning office hours (rotated)
An established patient base, a highly supportive physician‑owner and staff team, and a well‑earned, outstanding reputation in our community.
