Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatrician at Nurture Pediatrics located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area (Smyrna and Nolensville, TN). The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing primary care for pediatric patients, including nursery rounding, behavioral health, and medication management. Collaboration with other practice physicians and extenders to ensure the well-being of young patients.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in pediatrics, including knowledge of child development and common pediatric conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Experience in primary care and neonatology
• Ability to work effectively with other physicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a pediatric setting is a plus
• Active and unrestricted Tennessee Medical Licensure (current or pending application)
• Board Certification/ Board Eligibility in Pediatrics
• Medical degree and completion of residency in Pediatrics
