Alexis Brown

Position: Program Manager – Social Work

Alexis joined the Cumberland Pediatric Foundation in September 2025 and serves as the Social Work Program Manager. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) background, she brings a deep understanding of the complex needs of children and families. Originally from Southern California, Alexis relocated to Tennessee in 2021, bringing her passion for serving vulnerable populations to Nashville. Previously, she has worked extensively with women and children experiencing homelessness, connecting them to vital resources and providing mental and behavioral health care. Her commitment to compassionate care and improving health outcomes drives her work at Cumberland Pediatric Foundation, where she is dedicated to supporting the well-being of children and families and their healthcare providers. Alexis loves building community and spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys crocheting, game nights, live music, and exploring Nashville’s parks, festivals, and neighborhood events.
