Janet Morgan-Shadrick

Position: Regional Practice Consultant

Janet Morgan-Shadrick joined the Cumberland Pediatric Foundation in April 2025 in the capacity of Practice Consultant for East Tennessee. In this role, she collaborates with clinics in the East Tennessee region that are participating in the Healthcare Resilience Program grant, which aims to enhance access to services in rural and underserved communities.

As a proud native of the North Georgia and Chattanooga area, Janet brings her strong commitment to making a difference. With over 23 years of diverse experience in healthcare, Janet seamlessly integrates her knowledge from both the provider and payer sides.

Her previous roles as a Network Relations Consultant for Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid payers, coupled with her credentialing work for a large health system in Chattanooga, reflect her dedication to improving healthcare quality.

In her free time, Janet enjoys traveling and cherishes moments spent with her family.
