VIP Children’s Clinics, a physician-owned, joint venture with Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, is currently seeking BC/BE Pediatricians to join its thriving practices in Springfield, Pleasant View, Gallatin & Lafayette, TN – all located just 30 miles from downtown Nashville.
The Pediatrician will provide outpatient pediatric care to the patients in these communities. The Pediatrician could live anywhere in the Nashville metro area to be considered.
This practice opportunity includes:
- Four Day work week
- Large provider phone call pool, resulting in little call requirement
- Base salary + lucrative productivity bonuses

The Pediatrician will be employed by VIP (Vanderbilt Integrated Providers), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
VIP Midsouth, LLC, was established in 1996 with Gallatin Children’s Clinic and VIP. The ownership of the company is split between physicians (VIP Midsouth) and VIP (Vanderbilt Children’s).
Over the past 25 years, the company has grown from one practice location, to 8 different practice locations throughout Middle Tennessee including: Hendersonville, Gallatin, Springfield, Lafayette, White House, Portland & Pleasant View.
VIP Midsouth has been dedicated over the years to provide access to healthcare in the communities so that families have a local option for excellent care for their children. Currently, VIP Midsouth has 25 pediatricians and 10 Nurse practitioners available 7 days a week. Our clinics have expanded hours as well as weekend hours to care for our families.
