Position: Medical Receptionist


Job Type: Full-time, Part-time option available


Full-time or part-time position for a busy Pediatric office. We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic person who enjoys working with the public.  Responsible for greeting and checking-in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits as well as collecting payments from patients. Position will also be responsible to fax, copy and scan documents, process releases of medical records, and other duties as assigned. 


Skills & Experience:

Must have great customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. 

Experience with Electronic Medical Records/Practice Management systems.

Experience in eClinicalWorks is plus. 

Computer skills experience – 1 year (required) 

Customer service experience – 1 year (required) 

Healthcare experience – 1 year (required)
