DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin us for the new 2-day format!\n2026 Theme: Tuning Into Tomorrow’s Pediatric Practice\nJoin CPF for an enhanced two-day educational experience designed to support both pediatric leaders and providers. \nDay 1 features our classic Pediatric Administration Meeting (PAM) from 8:00 am-4:00 pm at the Omni Nashville Hotel\, followed by physician cocktail reception from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm. The Annual Dinner begins at 7:00 pm. The dinner portion of the event is plus one (+1) welcome. Please note: guests may attend the dinner only\, and it is not included in PAM or any Day 2 programming. Practice Managers registered for Day 2 are also welcome to attend the Annual Dinner\, or if they are the +1 for their provider attending the dinner. \nDay 2 includes the Inaugural Provider Education Conference and Practice Workshops. A nominal fee applies for Day 2 events (see details below)\, and all ticket costs will be invoiced. \n  \nDay 1: Pediatric Administration Meeting (PAM) and Annual Dinner \nFriday\, February 27\, 8:00 am-4:00 pm \nLocation: Omni Nashville Hotel\, Downtown Nashville \n  \nPediatric Administration Meeting (PAM) \nTheme: Tuning Into Tomorrow’s Pediatric Practice \nSpend the day with fellow practice administrators focusing on the issues that matter most to today’s pediatric and family practices. Sessions are designed to be practical\, relevant\, and immediately applicable. \nPAM Topics Include: \n\nKeynote: “Conversations That Drive Commitment: A Coaching & Feedback Accelerator” with Joe Mull\nEffective Delegation and Workforce Strategies\nQuality Metrics for Successful Population Health\nAmplifying Your Clinic’s Voice: Marketing and Communication\nGeneral Vaccine Updates and Resources\nMental & Trauma-Informed Care\nHealthcare Compliance\n\nThis meeting is free of charge and ideal for both new and experienced administrators looking to learn\, recharge\, and gain fresh perspective. \n  \nAnnual Dinner & Keynote\nWe encourage physicians and managers to join us for an evening of celebration and connection at the CPF Annual Dinner. The cocktail hour will be from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm\, followed by dinner beginning at 7:00 pm. This portion of the event welcomes +1 guests. \nWhat to expect: \n\nNetworking with providers from across Tennessee\nA keynote address from Todd Wolynn\, MD\, MMM\, FAAP\nRecognition of outstanding practice achievements\nGreat food\, great company\, and meaningful conversation\n\nPlease note: Administrators and Managers attending both PAM and Saturday workshops are also welcome to attend the Annual Dinner. Otherwise\, they will need to be the +1 for their physician. \n  \n  \nDay 2: Inaugural Provider Education Conference and Practice Administrator Workshops\nSaturday\, February 28. 8:30 am- 3:00 pm  \nLocation: Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt \nDay 2 offers two concurrent educational tracks – one for providers and one for practice administrators. \n  \nInaugural Provider Education Conference \nCPF is excited to host its inaugural Provider Education Conference\, a full-day CME experience for pediatric and family practice providers. \nConference highlights:  \n\nUp to 4.75 hours of CME credit\nTimely\, practical updates on common pediatric conditions from Vanderbilt’s finest physicians and experts\, including Dr. Buddy Creech\, Dr. Allison Norton\, Dr. John Thomas\, and many others.\nInteractive discussion and Q&A\nOpportunities to connect with colleagues from across Tennessee\n\nThis conference is open to all providers and is designed to deliver clinically relevant education in a collaborative environment. \nRegistration fees: \n\n$50 for CPF providers\n$100 for non-members\n\nAttendees will be invoiced after registration. \n  \nPractice Administrator Workshops \nThese hands-on workshops are tailored specifically for practice leaders and focus on advanced skills and tools. \nWorkshop topics include: \n\nExcel for practice management\nValue-based care\nAdvanced financial analytics\n\nRegistration fee for the workshops: $25 \nAttendees will be invoiced after registration. \n  \nPlease review the ticket options carefully before registering:\n\nDay 1 – Pediatric Administration Meeting (PAM): No cost\nDay 1 – Annual Dinner: No cost\nDay 2 – Provider Education Conference (including CMEs): $50.00  (To be invoiced after registration)\nDay 2 – Administrator/Manager Workshops: $25.00 (To be invoiced after registration)\n\n\nIf you have any questions or need assistance with registration\, please reach out to CPFnashville@gmail.com
