Practice Administrator
Description: 

Seeking Practice Administrator for a pediatric practice with 6 providers in Franklin, TN

Responsibilities: 

Manages day-to-day operations 

HR responsibilities include staff management/oversight, payroll, 401K management 

Must understand quality initiatives, data reporting, quality outcomes

EMR/EHR knowledge a must

Proficient and knowledgable regarding billing, A/R, insurance contract negogiations, fee schedules

Vendor contracting 

Facilities management

IT management

Must demonstrate outstanding customer service and excellent problem-solving skills 

Proven track record with staff morale and positive outcomes

Prefer minimum of 3 years clinic management experience. Bachelor's degree or higher required.
